Stay still

This reflection fits so well the present moment  and I really like It inspired me to entitle my  comment by saying stay still as the psalm 46:10  says:  "be still and know that I am God".  The reflection and the song are very recomforting.  You are so Good, Lord. Thanks for the reflection.

Direction of the Lord

The reflection of today on Self-Control is such a great one.  How many times we are in a situation where we react wrongly?  How many times we cannot control our body for food, for drinking and so on?  We really need the grace of the Lord to have that self-control every day and in everything not because we are weak but because we want to follow the direction of the Lord. Let’s meditate on the last question in the reflection:  Do I let God direct my actions, behaviors and thought?  Thanks for this beautiful reflection

Great lesson of friendship

After reading this reflection, it is such a great example of friendship between these 2 men:  David and

Jonathan regardless of financial situation, education but they are truly friends.  Reading the scripture Jonathan, son of King Saul saved David because his father wanted to kill him, David, son of Jesse, a farmer and a guardian of sheep.  They understand each other and I thank the writer of this reflection for all the research on these 2 great men.  A good lesson of real friendship.  David took care of Jonathan’s son after his death.  A good referral for friendship.  Thank you.

Reward of persistence and humility

This is one my encouraging scripture in the bible, it helps me keep my faith with firmness.  The perseverance of this woman is unparalleled.  Was she troubled by the test of Jesus with His answer?  No, she humbles herself and said as it is written in the reflection:  “Yes Lord, but even the dogs under the table feed on the children’s crumbs” Mark 7:28.  Yes she persisted, she did cry out and her daughter was healed.  Thanks for all the good thoughts in this reflection.  It is  such an amazing reflection.
