Week 2 of Advent: Love
Last Sunday November 28, we began the time of Advent. It's a 4-week journey to Christmas where we prepare our hearts to relive the moment in history when God became man for our Salvation. We also use this time to ponder more on the meaning of this in our lives and the ways we are waiting and preparing on His 2nd coming. Nobody knows the date, time, or place of the 2nd coming, we only know to be prayerfully watching. Week 1 was all about Hope. Week 2 which starts today is all about Love. God didn't have to save us, or to do so by becoming one of us. But He chose to do so out of Love for us. Here is link to another song by Matt Maher related to "Love".
