Daily Reflection Comments

Wow, excellent choice of readings today. As a teacher, looking to return to school on Monday after two weeks of family and friends, preparations for the holidays, I am both anxious, sad, and excited. These scripture readings, especially "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 is comforting and reassuring to me. I will lean into this scripture as I return to school in January. With peace, and gratitude for all your work in bringing these to us each week.
