Great understanding of the scripture
The reflection on the wife of Zebedee is well suited for the present moment, a time where children need prayer, from their mother, for guidance, clarity in their life. The idea on this reflection helps me personally to better understand the mother of James and John that her request to Jesus shocked me also the first time I heard it, thinking of political request. Sure, it was not because she has the strength to stay with Jesus till His last moment to accompany the Blessed Mother and even after His death, she showed her love to the Lord being bravely returned to anoint the body. Thanks for this great reflection and the prayer our sister made for children is marvelous.
