Thoughtful Thursday Comments

Thank you so much for this beautiful and inspiring Thoughtful Thursday video and Bible verses. 13 years ago today, on Tuesday January 12, 2010, around this time, a major earthquake stroke Port-au-Prince, Haiti 🇭🇹 where my mom, my grandmother other relatives and myself were living at that time. I can still recall he devastating days that followed. We didn't know what to or how we were going to make it. We were homeless because we were afraid to enter our homes, sleeping under the stars, sharing what we have with others to eat and survive. Every aftershock was a reminder that anything can happen anytime. Our only recourse was prayer. But God did not forsake us. He wanted us to live and testify for Him.

Fast-forward 13 years, we are well. We have a home to shelter in, we can share meals, but most importantly we live with thankful hearts for He has provided yesterday, provides today, and never stops providing. Looking back, i can honestly say I am blessed and highly favored. Today's verses are great reminders to never forget what The Lord has done.
