We all know that life is full of ups and downs. Several opportunities may present giving us a lot of pressure on us but by watching this video we can see the importance of self-control. Many situations could aggravate us in the family, at work and in regular life. However, we have to try to balance our life with self-control. I like this sentence in the video today: “ask ourselves what Jesus will do in such a situation” especially when everything looks difficult. At this moment we need self-control and with the Holy Spirit we will get it. Trust in the Lord. Thanks for this beautiful video
